My first time here. As far as the Arena goes, great seats, comfortable. I saw Journey final frontier tour. Getting in was no problem. But something needs to be done about the parking.

We went to the Ringling brothers circus . It was the first circus I ever went to that didn't have any clowns or animal's. But it was still very entertaining the kids had a blast. It took the fear of clowns and big animal's away so the kids could enjoy it. It was like one big party.

While the arena is beyond confusing to navigate, we don't believe there to be a bad seat in the stands for the hockey games. I highly recommend buying parking in advance to save time, and for your personal peace of mind. I'm happy we chose to eat dinner before we went to the game because the snack prices were truly shocking. I'm still wrapping my mind around paying $12 for nachos plus $5 for a soda. There is a large variety of food options inside the area ranging from popcorn, to chicken, to ice cream, to nuts. The hockey game itself was so much fun, the crowd was electric. The cameras do a great job in trying to capture a good portion of the crowd. The staff were very helpful in assisting us in finding our seats.

I’ve been coming to the PPL center since they’ve opened the arena and the consistently over the years has always been amazing. Simplified entry process along with security screening for safety prior to arena access has always been great. I’ve attended countless events here from Phantoms hockey games, Steel hawks football, Monster Jam, and a variety of concerts all of which were amazing experiences. Prices for food and beverage would be what you would expect at almost any stadium/large event center. There is a vast amount of parking options within the area mostly parking garages making it an easy walk to the entrances. Staff has always been extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout every event I’ve attended here. Cleanliness was typically always great as well with the best service you can provide granted how many individuals are in attendance.

We were there for the jason aldean concert. The security check went very quickly. We had great parking across the street. The ushers were very helpful getting up to the correct seats. Plenty of food and drinks available though it was odd you couldn't have your water bottle cap on.
